Fastener, frame, fork and suspension check Every 1 month Moderate Regularly check the tightness of bolted parts: wheel axles, the folding/transportation system, the steering system, the braking system, and the state of the frame, forks and suspension; retighten self-locking fasteners as needed.
Wear and fatigue inspection Every 3 months Easy Inspect stressed components (frame, fork, folding stem) for cracks, scratches or colour changes indicating fatigue; replace any component showing these signs.
Tire condition and pressure check Every 1 month Easy Check 10" tubeless tyres for cuts, cracks, foreign bodies, abnormal swelling or missing material; inflate to the recommended 36 psi (2.5 bar).
Cleaning and storage Every 1 month Easy Clean with a damp cloth and neutral soap only (no alcohol/petrol/paraffin/high-pressure water); keep charging cable disconnected and rubber cap closed while cleaning; store indoors, cool and dry.
Motor and electrical system check Every 3 months Easy Check motor, controller and wiring connections for security and corrosion; do not attempt to disassemble or repair the drive unit - refer to authorised technical service.
Battery storage recharge Every 2 months Easy If not used for more than 30 days, charge the battery to 50-60% and store in a cool, dry place; recharge every 60 days (2 months) to prevent damage excluded from the limited warranty.
